Wandering down memory lane this week – I really enjoyed this subject
Jane, at Rainbow Junkie: a poignant story of family history
Cathy, at Nanacathy: case history
Melissa, at The Aran Artisan: look at those shoes!
Me (Pink = also linking in with the Haiku Challenge)
Christina at Alookatthelittelthings: family heirloom and story to go with it
Roz: so much vintage, all still very much in use. (Roz has also joined in with the Haiku Challenge in a separate post – great haiku!)
Ali at Thimberlina: a couple of corkers
Cathy at Rambling in the Garden: picking up the gauntlet
Dorris at digwithdorris: mysterious! do you know what it is?
Freckles and Florence: what a cutie!
Curls and Skirls: three perfect household items for the vintage theme. Welcome aboard Curls and Skirls
11 entries this week!
UPDATE:
Jen at ‘Let the Sewing Begin’: a wonderfully ornate radiator – just perfect for the subject
That makes 12 Entries this week – hip hip hooray!!!!!
Please let me know if I have missed anybody.
And to end the vintage theme a bit of vintage Alan Rickman in the 1990 film ‘Truly, Madly, Deeply’, one of my all time favourites. Farewell beautiful man.

……Is there a prompt word that sparks a memory of a photo you already have in your archives?
Oh I must see that movie! Alan Rickman-who wasn’t “truly, madly, deeply” in love with him? Sad passing, indeed. This week will be easy….winter has arrived in New York!

Ohhh – Truly Madly Deeply…. One of my favourite films too, and probably the only DVD I have bought for myself – must watch it again soon… ps can we found out the haiku prompt words before Monday?

Sorry – no, the Haiku words arrive here at about lunchtime – about 1pm i think (8am New York time).
If you were thinking of combining it with ‘In a Vase on Monday’ you could always add it in later in the day I guess. Hopefully our prompt word of ‘Winter’ will neatly fit in with a garden post. 😉
