    • Thank you Cathy – Miss E absolutely loves her blanket – it was worth all the hassle working out how to fit the squares round and then sewing in the ends – ooof that job seems to go on forever!

  6. That is such a clever idea to make the border with daisies! I wouldn’t have thought of it unless I had a pattern. What a nice way to spruce up a stripe design!

    • Thank you for your lovely comment. It can be a bit of a headache making sure the squares fit, but these worked out well. I hope to put a pattern together so that I can make this again sometime if asked, and for others to enjoy.

    • That is a lovely thought. As it is made of acrylic yarn it has a good chance of lasting quite a while. I wish I could have faith in natural yarns but I am plagued with moths and blankets need to be robust for children to enjoy.
