I have just had this bonkers chandelier put up in the spare bedroom. I LOVE it!
The electrician’s wife told me he thinks I’m a bit potty! He’s not alone!!! I’m going to have fun making cushions to go with it.
Please leave your ‘ARTIFICIAL’ links in the comments – really looking forward to seeing what you come up with.

Seriously, what’s not to love about that chandelier?! Funtastic!! And great haiku also. I am working on mine now.
Serious computer issues…time for a new purchase, me thinks 😦 And phone too! 2017 not being kind to me regards my electronics.

Ha ha! Glad you feel OK about being called potty, Sandra – one of my friends calls me a minor eccentric and I decided I quite liked that label 😉

I like it too – I think I’m seen by others in the village as an eccentric old woman who is tolerated with good humour ! Ha! I do enjoy that! 😉

Me too! I’m wondering whether to go all out and add more coloured glass in the room somewhere.

Ooh, how decadent! Looks like a smaller version of the Murano glass ones in the old Venetian palaces.

Wow those Italian chandeliers! My Dad went to Venice and came back with an Italian glass chandelier years and years ago – it looked so odd in a Dorset farmhouse!! I haven’t thought about that for ages – makes me chuckle that I’ve now got a mock-mock chandelier – and in a bedroom! I wouldn’t have made the connection without your comment – thank you Sheila! 😉

Pity its not the real thing Sandra! You are setting me a challenge this week, I always work from my image library and therefore cannot use a photo of Donald Trump

Oh I think your chandelier is beautiful! Sometimes I think the artificial light bulb needs more sparkle and color! 🙂 Here’s my first attempt to join the photo challenge:

Amazing! Did it come with the jewelled chains or did you add those yourself?

It came with the chains. I saw it hanging in the shop window and just had to have it!

I need that chandelier! I would rather be potty with you and have a chandy like that than be not potty and have a boring, ordinary light!

I like the way you’re thinking Deb! I bought it in a lighting shop in Bridport, Dorset, which is absolutely stacked with all sorts of lighting and run by a dear old couple – it’s been there for years.

I’m actually quite serious about that chandy, I am in desperate need of new shades and currently on make~and~do until I can find ones I like, or some frames to make over to suit!

A hint of Morocco I think. It’s fabulous. Never mind cushions you need to decorate the whole room. Worthy of the British Design challenge that was on BBC recently.
