Wig sales always hot up at this time of year – there is still time to knit a wig to scare the demons away! You can find the patterns in my Etsy or Ravelry or Craftsy shops.

  1. great photo story. An old English medieval event commercialised by the Americans.

    • Indeed Denis! I prefer to recognise Samhain. The best thing about modern celebrations is that children can embrace their dark and spooky side and just have fun dressing up. I absolutely won’t have anything to do with Tricking and Treating.

  2. I really got into Hallowe’en when I lived in America. It was hard not to. Lovely to see you dressing up the littlies and having so much fun.

  3. I have never been keen on Halloween, especially the American ‘trick and treat’ idea but the wigs look a good way to dress up. We always had a ‘dressing-up box’.
