Can you help?
This little creature flew into view today, on her way to a Silly Saturday.
She is looking for a name and I can’t quite understand whether she is a Shell Fairy or on her way to a Fancy Dress Party.

Perfect team work – she is very happy with you all and rolls her eyes at my dimness for not knowing straight away!

My daughter would definitely say a shell fairy!

Perhaps she will whisper her magical secret fairy name (only used for special magical times like Summer and Winter Solstice) into your daughter’s ear?

I’ll ask her in the morning when she’s awake!

I thought she was an angel, until I saw Titania, and now I see it!

An angel – I hear angels’ wings – I think you might be psychic, there are Shell Angels in the distance they might be with us for mid to late December!

For goodness sake don’t you recognise a Flutterby when you see one. She is Titania btw!

Thank goodness we have a Nana on hand – a Flutterby Fairy – of course!!!! With such a splendid name – bless her. I had to look up Titania, Queen of the Fairies, to be named after her is quite something – no wonder I thought she might be off to a party.

Titty for short – sorry – couldn’t help myself!

Love it!
Definitely a Fairy then. Seems we have here a Fancy Flutterby Fairy who goes by the name of Titania Mona Shellinda…… there may still be more names as befits a Fancy Fairy.

Definitely a Fairy of some sort. Butterfly Shell Fairy. Mona, as in the Monarch butterflies that are now migrating to Mexico.

Oh! I absolutely LOVE that connection with the Monarch butterflies. I was at Esalen for Winter 2008 and saw the Monarchs gathering in the trees – such a wonderful memory. Fabulous Lisa, thank you!
