Your blanket is gobsmackingly gorgeous and I would dearly love to follow your colour sequence. Somebody has also asked this previously and when I went to the site you referenced for the colour chart of parts 1 & 2 I couldn’t marry them up to the main picture as I think you start with the Gold then Spice then Brown then Storm etc?? Please put me out of my misery and let me know where I can reference your exact colour sequence. I’m itching to start this beautiful blanket.

My blanket starts in the centre of the spiral with a foundation row in Lime as does Lucy’s. After that I did Cypress, Meadow, Mustard, Tomato, Spice, Storm, Duck Egg, Copper, Walnut, Gold, Pistachio, Grey, Lincoln, Silver, Tomato, Gold, Lime, Lincoln, Grey…… hope that gets you going!

Well!!!! Lucy does have a Coast Colour Pack for sale in Wool Warehouse. You could easily do this pattern in those colours – that would be mmmm mmmmmmm delissssshhhhhhoussssss!

There are indeed some lovely shades in there and it would look very fabulous – unfortunately cost + postage = sigh! If I were cleverer (?) I could maybe put together a locally sourced selection of colours and make up the pattern 🙂 Instead I shall continue to admire from a distance!

Hmmm – sigh – postage costs can be a right old nuisance! I think Deramores might have a US shop and they sell Stylecraft Special DK – worth a look maybe? Sometimes dreams come true 😉

I’m in NZ Daffy 🙂 We do have huge amounts of local and imported yarns here, and one day I may well be tempted to get one of Lucy’s beautiful patterns and amass the required yarn from these stocks. If you keep on making and inspiring it will probably be sooner than later 🙂

Yes, I’m fully recovered, it only lasted for a couple of days and I could still crochet – bonus!!!!
