Click on the link for the free Squirrel Motif Pattern – I still have more photos to add, but I’m glad to have heard from a couple of people who have been able to make a squirrel.
The throw measures 1m60cm, 5’3″ long, and I have decided to stop here (just short of the end of Part5) as this will be just the right size to go on Little Bro’s bed and for him to carry it downstairs to the sofa for snuggling under with his Big Bro. Any bigger and I think it might be too cumbersome for him.
We Attic24 Woodlanders eagerly await the intructions for the edging, which will be posted on Friday. I have been loosely following Lucy’s Random Colour Order and have substituted Mocha with Walnut (brown)
Toooo-whit-tooooo-whoooooo-hooo-hooo!

Thank you Del – I’m excited to see what Lucy has in store for us for the border. I have put a few more photos in the Squirrel Pattern – gosh that pesky little Nutkin is demanding!

It is surprising how heavy a blanket can be even when made in acrylic! I like the way the colours at the ends are similar which creates a sort of symmetry. Amused by your resistance to making another! I would love to have another blanket on the go but can’t think of a use for it. 😦

I like the symmetry effect as well.
My resisitance is because I have FAR too many projects on the go at the moment. I was shocked when I looked through full-to-bursting my WIPs box yesterday – they need sorting before I start another blanket. Will I be strong enough to resist though!?!

I’m really enjoying working with these colours – I’m tempted to make another adding more browns and leaving out the blues and greys – but I must not start another project, I must not start another project, I must not start another project,I must not start another project,I must not start another project,……..
