Help!
I have created 3 shell Christmas trees and I’m wondering if one of these designs would make a good Christmas/ Winter Solstice/ Seasonal Celebration card…..
Do you think they would make good cards?
If so, which one? I can’t decide.
Number One: White Tree
Number Two: with Red Berries
Number Three: Swarovski Crystal Green Hearts
The cards would not have the watermark on them when printed. They would be blank inside, with my name a web address on the back.
I will be giving away 3 cards each to 3 entrants (names pulled out of a hat) and will post them anywhere in the world.
To enter you must
- be a follower of my blog – sign up in the link top right if you are not already following.
2. Let me know, in the comments, which tree you like the best
3. Let me know if you would like to be entered in a Giveaway.
You can enter anytime up until my birthday on 11th November.
The result of the Giveaway will be announced on or around the 15th November and the cards will be sent as soon as they have been printed.
Good luck!
Add my name to the list of those who find the all white version most appealing–it looks so pure and snowy. And please add my name to the giveaway, too! (I just read the comment ahead of mine and see that she and I share a view of the world presented in your cards! Great minds . . . )

For me, it has to be the 1st onesimply for the purity of it, which matches snow. I love all the lights at Christmas which make such a Welcome to a home if the dark afternoons, but the colours detract for me I the cards.
It would be nice to see some snow in the back ground like the others though.
You are so creative though. I would never have thought of anything like this.

They’re all lovely, but I think I like the all-white one for any type of winter card best. No need to enter me in a giveaway; I wish all the entrants good luck – they’ll be fortunate indeed to receive such a pretty card!

Thank you so much for letting me know which one you vote for – it is always so helpful to know.

There’s something special about all three of them, but I think I like the first one the best for its clean, creamy feel. I’d love to be entered in your drawing! 🙂

I love them all; I think you could sell these. The white one is so pristine, my favorite until 10 am, then it will change!

A tough choice as they are all lovely, but I like the one with green hearts. And, yes, enter me in the contest. Love your cards!

Your creativity has no bounds. I like them all but the last one is my favorite as they are. I would like the first one best if it had a darker background so you could see the shells better. Please put my name in for the draw.

You are so kind Lisa – now that IS an idea – I will try those shells on a darker background – thank you for the suggestion. ❤

Oh, dear, how unfair to ask us to choose! I adore all three of them! I love the simplicity of the first one, the cheery red of the second one, and the red berries and green hearts of the third one. Having moved from Florida, the shells take me home! But, if I must choose, I suppose the third one would be my favorite! Well done! 😀

Thank you Linda – I was doing so much pondering myself. …. I’m so glad to have your help. I love that the shells remind you of home.

Aaargh!! I can’t decide between the last two. If somebody threatened me with something dire unless I chose one I would probably say the one with berries (but I do like the green one too).
I haven’t bought any Christmas cards yet so I’d love you to put my name in the hat.

I love them all too! But number two- the red is my favorite. I think the first one needs the scattered stars! ;o)
The arrangement of the shells is perfect. Are all of the shells local?

Thanks so much Eliz – your name is in! No the shells are not local – I collected them from Abu Dhabi and the Carribean

Now this is a fabulous idea! I have looked and looked and looked again – I like them all. Which is no help I know. 🙂 Can you get some of each printed and then use them/sell them as the impulse takes? If I HAD to chose for us here in the SH I’d go with the third one as the seashells and colour fit us better at this time of the year. I used to get my mixed media printed into postcards and sold quite a lot of those in my little blog shop – imagine what you could do with all those pretty petal and leaf layouts you make…….

Oh thank you so much Pauline – I have to have a minimum of 36 for each photo printed – not knowing if they will be popular, I was hoping to get just one printed, but maybe I will get two printed. Marketing is not my forte, but once printed I will be selling them in my local Farm Shop and at a special price to my lovely blog followers.

I love the white one but also like the green, could you print some of each and sell a pack of 5?

Thank you for letting me know which ones you like. I have to have a minimum of 36 printed, the costs mount up if I’m not sure which ones will be popular. You have come up as ‘Anonymous’ – did you come over from Instagram?

I prefer the simplicity of the first shell tree, but the variations are pretty too.

I adore them Sandra and would definitely buy some – I have a couple of aunts in The Netherlands who I always send extra special cards to! I think number 3 is my favourite! A little bit of sparkle but still the berries at the bottom- perfect! Xxx

Thanks so much Eleonora. I will let you know when they have been printed. They will sell for £2 in the local shop but my lovely blog followers will get them at a reduced rate. In the meantime I will put your name in the hat!
